- Comes to UNLV with enormous expectations.
- UNLV ranked top 20 nationally in total offense and scoring offense last season.
- Jai'den Thomas gives the Rebels a dangerous home-run threat at running back.
- Averaged 7.0 yards per carry last season.
- UNLV ranked sixth nationally in 10+ yard runs.
- The major question is the UNLV defense.
- Allowed 419 yards per game last season.
- Ranked 117th nationally in total defense.

- Can the Tigers avoid turnovers and get competent quarterback play in Huff's debut?

- Memphis can't allow Arnold to get comfortable early.

- This isn't a typical road game — Allegiant Stadium provides an enormous national stage.

- It's essentially a standalone showcase for two Group-of-Six contenders.
