The Tennessee Titans have moved on from Brian Callahan:
Callahan was off to a disappointing 1–5 start in his second season. He leaves with a 4–19 overall record, having failed to elicit sustained progress from a young roster led by rookie quarterback Cam Ward. Titans President of Football Operations Chad Brinker cited “insufficient growth” and unmet expectations in explaining the decision. The team will now embark on a search for an interim leader and permanent successor.
