Falcons announce one-year extension for CB Wreh-Wilson

The Falcons have agreed to terms with cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson on a one-year contract extension.

“Blidi has been a very versatile player for us over the last three years,” said head coach Dan Quinn. “He has experience in our system and adds depth for both the defense and special teams units.”

Wreh-Wilson has been a member of the Falcons since 2016, seeing action in 12 games with one start. He is a six-year veteran that has played in 46 career games with 15 starts while totaling 88 tackles (75 solo), one interception, 17 passes defensed, and one forced fumble. Wreh-Wilson was originally selected by the Tennessee Titans in the third round (70th overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft out of Connecticut.
