Did Julio take subtle dig at former OC Sark?

But did he take a slight jab at former OC Steve Sarkisian?

"I love everything that Dirk stands for as an offensive coordinator," said Jones. "I know he’s going to be aggressive. We are going to be explosive."

"We were scoring a lot with Dirk," Jones continued. "He simplifies everything. He doesn’t make it hard, especially when you’ve got young guys coming in. It helps the veteran guys, too. Just simplify it and let us go out there and go to work."

So... was it a dig at Sark?

"It's hard for me to say that," Randy McMichael said. "He didn't really take a shot at Sark when he was here. I think everybody's happy about Dirk Koetter being here. Sometimes you could see the inexperience of Sarkisian and I think they don't want that anymore." "You want a guy who knows this league, who's been through those fires, who knows this organization more importantly and that's Dirk Koetter."

While Andy Bunker agrees with Randy, he believes there's some relief among the players that Sarkisian is no longer the OC.

"I also think there's a little added context and a little added happiness because it's not Sark," Andy said. "I think there was some discomfort. It's amazing--it's almost like (Sark) never happened."
