The season started slowly for the Braves with a 1-0 loss on Opening Day, but the offense got going eventually putting up 5 runs in their first win and 14 runs in the series finale on Sunday night.
While as a unit the offense has woken up, the top of your order, Ronald Acuna Jr., Ozzie Albies, and Freddie Freeman have struggled.
Combined they have gone just 6 for 38, but luckily Ozuna and Swanson have led the way behind them.
With Ozuna and Swanson combining for nine hits, nine RBI, and three homers in the series, Hugh Douglas says not to push the panic button because others did step up.
"It's not encouraging, but it's still early. You're going to have to have guys you're not depending on lead the way for you at certain intervals."
