Carl said talked about the relationships with Falcons players being a big factor in Gurley joining the Falcons.
“He went on a trip overseas to Hungary with the NFL which included Grady Jarrett, “Debo” Deion Jones, Alex Mack was on the trip and all the guys connected.” Dukes said “He said I pretty much had a sense what the Falcons were about talking to guys, and this was a few months ago prior to the Rams releasing him, but either way he kind of had a sense of where he wanted to go because of all the relationships he already had with guys on our team.”
