Falcons select Clemson cornerback A.J. Terrell 16th overall

With the 16th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft the Atlanta Falcons picked Clemson University cornerback A.J. Terrell.

An Atlanta, Georgia native and graduate of Westlake High School Terrell finished his three-year Clemson career with twenty pass breakups, six interceptions and two forced fumbles in forty-four games.

Terrell helped lead Clemson to a 44-16 victory in the 2019 College Football National Championship scoring the first six points on an interception return for a touchdown.

While Terrell was a starter for the Tigers the last two seasons, Clemson went 29-1.
