NCAA, FIFA, NBA. All of these sports associations have one thing in common: they use the shot clock. So why doessn't the GHSA?

A lot of traditionalist high school coaches are more for the slower paced game, whereas the more recent generation of coaches wants to see the game sped up and more scoring. But what about cost?

Lakeside High School (Atlanta, GA) head coach and author of the article "Shot Clock - Slow Not No" on coachcrump.blog joined Sam Crenshaw and Greg Clarkson on Weekend Mornings to discuss his plan to roll out the shot clock in HS basketball that could be affordable to all schools.

Among the things that they talk about are the three year slow-roll on the shot clock, ideas like having home teams decide on weather or not to use it, and implementation of the shot clock in the playoffs.
