The NFL Honors will recognize the league's best from the 2018 season on Saturday, Feb. 2 at the FOX Theatre here in Atlanta.

Talk show host and entertainer Steve Harvey will host the two-hour show that will air at 9 p.m. ET.

There are no formal nominees for each of the awards being handed out so any player in the league is eligible to win.

John and Hugh of the Morning Show focused on who will be named the NFL AP's Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year. And shockingly, they agreed with each other on both awards.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees, New York  Giants running back Saquon Barkley and L.A. Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers are all players that could potentially receive OPOY votes.

"I think it's going to be kind of tough this year," Hugh said of trying to narrow down the field of deserving offensive player of the year recipients. "When you talk about all the offensive standouts, especially at the quarterback position, it's going to be a tough vote."

"But right now, (Mahomes) would probably be at the top of the voting."

And John Fricke agrees.

"Patrick Mahomes had 50 touchdowns, and he had those circus throws; those no-look passes."

Both guys said there's no question they think L.A. Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald will win the league's defensive player of the year award.
