Yasiel Puig, who recently had agreed to terms with the Atlanta Braves, revealed on social media he has tested positive for COVID-19.

July 17, 2020Although he reports he is asymptomatic, there was a clause in the agreement that stated he had to pass a physical and not test positive for COVID-19 before signing with the team.
According to Mark Bowman of MLB.com, Puig will not sign a contract with Atlanta and will return to the free-agent pool.
