When watching a preseason game where many starters do not play at all and the ones that do play may only go a series or two, sometimes it's tough to determine what actually matters and can be taken into the regular season.

"The pass rush looked like it's starting to come along; you have some guys that might contribute," said Hugh. "The efficiency of the offensive line in the red zone as well, on the goal line guys moved the crowd.

"In the preseason, on the defender side, you're running zone, maybe some man to see who can cover. But there's not a whole lot you can gleam from that when you start to talk about game planning."

Chuckery looked at the offense and singled out a running back and a receiver.

"I was happy that Qadree Ollison had a nice bounce-back game," said Chuckery. "[It] wasn't a great opening performance in the Hall of Fame Game for Ollison. I thought Russell Gage did himself a lot of good last night."
