The Falcons spent much of the offseason revamping their offensive line through the draft and free agency. The moves were made to protect their $100 million quarterback Matt Ryan and to improve the run game which finished 27th in the league in rush yards.

The biggest defensive move came from head coach Dan Quinn who assumed the defensive coordinator responsibilities this season after finishing 28th in total defense in 2018.

So which unit has the most pressure on them entering the 2019 season: Falcons' offense or defense?

"It's better for the defense when they're playing with leads so they can simply--Takk and Vic most specifically--pin their ears back and try to get to the quarterback," Andy Bunker said.

"So, to me, that puts quite a bit of pressure back con the offense as well because in order to get leads in games...often times, the offense is going to have to do that for you."

Randy McMichael disagrees because this offense has shown you what they can do already.

"This is a top five offense. They're going to be fine; they're going to put up points. I'm not worried about them," McMichael said. "I think with this defense is can they get home on that. Can they hold up enough against the run? Can they make a team one-dimensional."
