CBS Sports College Basketball Analyst Jerry Palm joined John Fricke and Hugh Douglas to preview the Sweet 16 games. Palm on Duke, “They have their weaknesses like everybody else. They are fortunate. They aren’t a good 3 point shooting team but they found a way to win.”
Palm on Zion Williamson’s future in the NBA, “I would think he could play the 2, 3 or 4 in the NBA and he could guard all of those positions, which is the key.”
Palm on who is the most likely non 1 or 2 seed that could win the National Championship, “I’d have to go with Purdue because of Carsen Edwards. When it he gets it rolling they are almost impossible to guard.”
Palm on who he picked for his final four, “My original picks were Duke, Gonzaga, Tennessee and Kentucky. I am least confident in Kentucky so I think North Carolina will come out of the bracket. I am going to stick with my picks though.”
