Andy Bunker and Randy McMichael then talked about how hot the Atlanta Braves are right now but expressed their concern with star outfielder Ronald Acuña Jr.
"Right now, I've got more confidence with the guys coming out of the bullpen than I do with Ronald Acuña hitting the baseball. I know that won't stay that way for long, but that's how I feel right now," Bunker said.
"This is something guys go through, and he just has to get through it right now," McMichael added.
Ronald Acuña Jr. has really struggled over the past month:
Acuna has slashed .180/.286/.328 while striking out in 37.7% of his at-bats dating back to Aug. 14. As he rests tonight, Albies will fill the leadoff spot and Swanson will bat second. But Albies will be back in the second spot when Acuna returns to the lineup tomorrow.
