Series win for the Atlanta Braves! The Braves went in to Milwaukee and took 2 of 3 games from the Brewers, but still find themselves 9 games under .500, and 14.5 games back in the NL East standings. While we are still a month away from the All-Star break, every series is a “must win” moving forward.

The Braves are still not sure what they will do with the bullpen, but if the rotation continues to pitch well, hopefully the bullpen will not be over-worked. The Braves face arguably the worst team in history this weekend in the Colorado Rockies, and a sweep would definitely help. Bryce Elder, Spencer Strider, and Chris Sale will take the mound for this series, so you have to like the Braves’ chances. Andy Bunker and Randy McMichael discuss the Braves, as it looks like they may be coming around and the need to keep winning series to close the gap for them in the division.
