One of the biggest bright spots for the Atlanta Braves this season has been its pitching staff. Even with the power of stars like Ronald Acuña Jr. or Michael Harris II, the pitching staff has lived up to, and at points surpassed the expectations it had to start the season.

One of the biggest names in the starting rotation this season has been Kyle Wright, who entered this season with only two major league wins and did not win a single game last season. However, he did not let these stats deter him.

Wright owns a 16-5 record with a 2.99 ERA and has struck out 8.8 batters per 9 innings. He also only needed 73 pitches to get through 7 innings on Wednesday and hit 97 MPH on the radar gun, says Grant McAuley.

"Kyle Wright has been an absolute godsend to this Braves rotation because he has stepped up so big and has given the Braves quality start after quality start," said McAuley. "You kind of started to wonder a couple of weeks ago when they said they were going to skip him. He was dealing with some arm fatigue. But he didn't show any signs of fatigue as he mowed down the Pirates."

And Wright has not been the only player to step it up this season. Spencer Strider has also put in a stellar year going 7-4 with a 2.95 ERA and a 1.02 WHIP.

As this season hits the end of the road will this rotation keep up the amazing numbers or will it falter? I'm going to go with the former.
