The Major League Baseball season has come to an end. The Los Angeles Dodgers were crowned champions in a shortened season that many didn't think would even get to this point.
While the Dodgers are celebrating their first title since 1988, the Atlanta Braves are left trying to figure out how they move forward after giving up a 3-1 lead to the eventual champs. It's no secret as to how much talent the Braves have on their current roster.
Tony Gwynn Jr., of Radio.com, joined The Jon Chuckery show to give a national perspective on the team that plays in Cobb county. " Talent wise, I think the Braves are right on par with the Dodgers" Gwynn said. There is a lot of uncertainty going into this off-season, and the Braves have some major financial decisions to make.
The way their roster is currently constructed, they were one game away from going to the World Series. It will be interesting to see if the Braves take a "one player away" approach in free agency, but if history tells us anything, they will wait and see to try and find a bargain.
