The Atlanta Braves are at a crucial point in the season. As we get closer to the MLB trade deadline, the Braves have to decide if they want to make a push to win the division.
They can easily do that by adding another bat, and getting some bullpen help. However, the Braves didn't think that they would've been in this position coming in to the season.
Gabe Burns, of the AJC, joined the Jon Chuckery show to put the Braves' bullpen in prospective. "This team had a lot of guys that they felt good about. They just haven't worked out to this point the way the team was thinking they would, and hoping they would" Burns said.
The Braves have some very important games coming up that should give them a good gage on what type of moves they should make. If they are able to get over .500, adding to their bullpen will put them on track to overtake the New York Mets in the division.
