Fans love to overreact when their team loses a game. However, the Falcons are exactly where we should expect after a Week 1 loss to Seattle.
The Falcons' defensive line looks much improved from a year ago. Atlanta had three sacks and pressured quarterback Russell Wilson throughout the game.
Offensively, the run game with Todd Gurley was good but limited. Matt Ryan threw for a billion yards to his three great weapons. The offensive line looked much improved outside the inability to pick up safety Jamaal Adams.
The secondary was torched all game with a rookie on one side and a second-year guy on the other.
Finally, the Falcons weren't playing scrubs but instead a really talented Seahawks team who is currently the best in the NFC as it stands.
