The Desmond Ridder debate continues amongst Atlanta Falcons fans. There are some Falcons fans that would like to see Desmond benched while the other half of Falcons fans believe patience is the key with Ridder.
Whether you want Ridder to be the starting quarterback of the Falcons or not. You cannot deny the fact that two out of the last three weeks he’s been top five in the NFL in passing yards those respective weeks.
The progress is there, Desmond is continuing to get better as quarterback, continuing to get better as a passer, and continuing to get better as a NFL player. He’s only played in a total of 11 NFL games, and yet Desmond Ridder still has helped the Falcons earn a 4-3 record and first place in the NFC South. Patience is the key with Ridder, he still needs time.
