The Atlanta Hawks have come to terms with Head Coach Quin Snyder after a season that saw them finish as one of the best teams after the All Star Break. While the team suffered an embarrassing playoff exit to the New York Knicks, the eventual Eastern Conference Champions, that didn't prevent Hawks management from viewing Snyder as part of the Hawks future, and Hawks Broadcaster Mike Conti detailed how it could help play a role in securing top talent in the next few seasons.
"It makes it a little more straight forward going into your roster building period. I don't know if this is a factor, but if I'm a free agent evaluating and I've got an offer from the Hawks and an offer from another team whose coach might be on the hot seat, that could be a tie-breaker," explained Mike Conti.
