Calais Campbell’s contract details were released on Friday after the veteran defensive lineman was signed by the Falcons earlier this week. Campbell will make a base salary of $7 million dollars and could make as much as $9 million with incentives. Dukes & Bell say if Campbell is going to make big money, he needs to play to the level we’ve become accustomed to seeing from him.

“The reason why his salary is important is that we’ve been saying rotation, rotation, rotation. That’s starter money,” Carl Dukes explained.

“I need more than 45% of the snaps. I don’t know if we’re going to get that because he’s 37-years-old  and he’s a mountain of a man. But I’ll tell you what, him coming off the edge, I’m expecting production for that kind of money. I expected four or five million guaranteed.” Mike Bell said.
