If the Atlanta Falcons are going to be able to live up to recent comments by Michael Penix Jr., in which he stated he believes the Falcons’ offense can be the ‘best’ in the NFL this season, it is no secret the process will have to begin with the offensive line.
“I just think Mike, when you have those guys that are talented up front, it just makes things so much easier,” 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes said as he and Mike Bell shred thoughts on comments by, Falcons three-time All-Pro guard, Chris Lindstrom, who joined The Morning Shift’s Mike Johnson and Dylan Mathews on Sunday following Sunday’s practice.
“For all the things you want Michael Penix (Jr.) to be, his job is easier when that o-line is working the way they should,” dukes continued as he explained why he agreed with Lindstrom, who told Johnson and Mathews the offensive line is working to be “perfect heading into Week 1”.
“We’ve got some guys,” Bell said as he shared why he believes Lindstrom, Jake Mathews, Matthew Bergeron and Ryan Neuzil, who takes over as starting center, have the ability to create one of the most explosive offenses this season.
