The Falcons, once again, had zero sacks, despite playing with a lead and facing a relatively immobile QB, two excuses that had become convenient talking points the past week. Despite being last in the league in sacks through six weeks, the Falcons do find themselves at 4-2 and the lack of a pass-rush hasn't badly hurt them yet, but it will.
"You haven't played your best and you're continuing to win games while you're doing that," says Randy McMichael. "As far as not sacking the quarterback, we're going to enjoy this game (win over Panthers) today, but they got a problem coming up. Seattle is a problem."
"If you let Geno sit back in the pocket he will throw for 400 yards," adds Andy Bunker. Despite being unable to sack the QB, the Falcons did have four tackles for loss, led by two from Grady Jarrett, and still forced two interceptions from Andy Dalton.
