It would be a great start to his tenure if Atlanta Falcons Head Coach Kevin Stefanski could end the Falcons eight-year postseason drought, and with a roster that has a lot of talent on both sides of the ball already the Falcons and Stefanski really only need one thing to make the playoffs next season, and The Morning Shift talked about what that one thing is earlier today.
“We’ve seen Stefanski do good with calling plays in the league and when he had good quarterback play his teams were good. The two years he had quarterbacks that would do and play in his system he went to the playoffs both years.” Beau Morgan said
With good to decent quarterback play from Baker Mayfield and Joe Flacco in two separate seasons Kevin Stefanski went 22-11 and went to the playoffs both years, so if the Falcons get good quarterback play from Michael Penix Jr. and potentially another quarterback, depending on Penix Jr.’s health status to start the season, the Falcons with the talent they have on their roster could and should be a playoff team next season.
