New Falcons QB Taylor Heinicke stopped by Dukes & Bell Thursday after he was officially introduced at Flowery Branch. Heinicke says he has been told that there is a clear direction for the team at quarterback.
“From what I’ve gathered he’s the starter and I will come in and help any way I can.”
Heinicke adds that getting comfortable in the NFL can be a challenge.
“I was there in my first or second year. The only thing that got me through was having a veteran in Shaun Hill and he really helped me out in my process. If I can be that same for Desmond that’s what I want to be, that’s my job.”
