There have been a lot of move as the NFL league year is off and running. All of the news coming out of Atlanta was that Terry Fontenot, general manager for the Falcons, had to figure out a way to get under the salary cap.

He was able to rework Matt Ryan's deal and finally get where he needed to be. Now that they are ready to function as an organization, the question still remains what they will do with the number 4 overall pick in the draft.

Jon Chuckery, based on some key indicators, feels he has a pretty good idea where the Falcons may go. "I feel like, at this point, it's either going to be offensive line or Kyle Pitts at No. 4, or I think trading down makes the most sense," Chuckery said.

The Falcons' roster has plenty of holes that need to be addressed, but Fontenot has been balling on a budget via free agency. So it looks like the Falcons, if they are smart, should take advantage of a quarterback-thirsty team looking to trade up in the draft.
