What should the expectations be for the Falcons in 2023?

The Atlanta Falcons enter the 2023 offseason with a renewed sense of hope about the trajectory of the organization, but with that come expectations for results sooner rather than later.

The Atlanta Falcons are entering year three under Arthur Smith and Terry Fontenot. The pair have accrued a 14-20 record in their first two seasons, but enter the offseason with a renewed sense of optimism surround the franchise.

Chris Goforth was joined by Atlanta Falcons Radio Network host Harper LeBel to discuss what the expectations are for the Falcons in 2023.

The Falcons will be picking eighth in the upcoming draft and have five of the first 115 overall selections. They will have an additional $70 million in usable cap space to make veteran moves to bolster the depth of the roster -- the second highest amount in the NFL.
