There are expectations that the Atlanta Hawks will be making some serious changes this offseason, likely trading away a star player, but there doesn't appear to be a clue right now as to which guy will be moved, but one thing that does seem likely is that Jalen Johnson is a piece the team will be building around.
While ultimately John and Randy do state that they feel Trae Young is still the Hawks best player, they also acknowledge that Jalen Johnson is developing into the type of player that winning teams need to have.
Johnson is averaging 18 points and 8 rebounds in the month of March and has been helping to keep the Hawks afloat amidst a bevvy of injuries to starters and key role players.
