The Atlanta Hawks played their last game of the first half of the season Wednesday night, and the result was not good. They gave up the first double-digit win to the 12-41 Hornets, and most of the team looked ready for a vacation. This merely days after the Hawks rattled off a four game winning streak versus very competitive teams. That may be the Hawks' problem.
As weird as it sounds, they're too good, or are they not bad enough? Either way you decide to put it, like the Falcons, the Hawks will likely not be bad enough to earn them a high draft pick, but don't seem to making the right strides to become a championship contender either.
