Hawks general manager Landry Fields was on with Andy and Randy to clear the air on the timeliness of this decision, and who will be making the next one. One thing was clear: Young will not be involved in the decision-making process, but is in line with vision that the Hawks have in place.
Landry also insisted that Hawks fans have Faith in their front office, and that they will select the right person for the job.
