Dick Vitale has some good news, baby.

The ESPN college basketball commentator shared Tuesday on Twitter that his most recent tests revealed that he is cancer-free after enduring months of treatment and therapy for lymphoma.

It is the second time in the past year that Vitale has beaten cancer. The 82-year-old was diagnosed with melanoma last summer and was treated and cleared before learning he had lymphoma shortly after.

Vitale, who has kept fans updated throughout his battle on social media, had only called one game this season — a November matchup between Gonzaga and UCLA — before having to step away to undergo treatment for his latest battle with cancer.

Naturally, Vitale’s good news comes just as March Madness is ramping up.

While we probably won’t see or hear Vitale during the NCAA Tournament’s coverage, his diagnosis that he is cancer-free is certainly the biggest win of the season so far.
