As the college football season continues this week the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will be apart of a Friday slate of games as they open their season ion Boulder, Colorado to take on the Deion Sanders led Buffalos, a team they shared the 1990 national championship with.

“Expectations have not been this high in a while for this Georgia Tech team,” Atlanta Journal Constitution, Georgia Tech beat writer, Chad Bishop said on Wednesday as he joined 92-9 The Game’s Dukes and Bell to preview the Yellow Jackets’ season opener in which they are a -4.5 favorite.

And while Brent Key’s team is expected to return home with an 1-0 record if you favor the odds makers, more importantly, they have been projected to be one of the top four teams in the ACC to which Bishops believes Key and the Yellow Jackets, “have to understand that so much more is expected of this team,” and must embrace “those expectations” with confidence.
