The Atlanta Braves only need one. On Saturday, the Braves defeated the Houston Astros 3-2 in Game 4 of the World Series, giving them a 3-1 series lead and a chance to close out the series on Sunday in Atlanta. And for Chris Goforth, that’s exactly what he would like to see the Braves do. “Guys.
Let’s end this thing tomorrow night right? Let’s end this at home and lock down this World series title win tomorrow night,” Goforth said following the Braves win Saturday night during the Braves Recap show alongside Caleb Johnson and Knox Bardeen.

Johnson concurred adding that winning in front of “your home crowd” is something the Braves should look to do and something they can do on Sunday with a win on Game 5 of the World Series. Johnson noted that the Braves will be challenged in trying to end the series on Sunday as the Houston Astros will not make it easy. “I think it’s going to be insanely difficult to do. It’s the Astros, they’re not going to lay down. They’re not just going to go away,” Johnson said during the recap.
