We now know how Mookie Betts has spent at least some of that $365 million extension he signed with the Dodgers.

Betts has put a down payment on a $7.6 million mansion in Encino, Calif. that used to belong to another notable sports figure in the area -- UCLA head football coach Chip Kelly.

The house is 9,300 square feet and possesses nine bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It resides just down the street from the $6.5 million home of NBA player Tristan Thompson.
