DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - Could Dez Bryant play with a star on his helmet, once again? The Cowboys all-time touchdown reception leader was asked that question during a recent interview with celebrity gossip site, TMZ.

"I'll tell you this," Dez said, "if it was possible, of course, I'd be open to it if it was possible. For the most part, I understand what they've got going on over there, and I think what they're doing is beautiful. I'm happy that they paid Dak (Prescott), that was very important. I'm a big chemistry guy, I'm not so much hyped on talent. I love what they've got going on."

Bryant made his triumphant return to the NFL as a member of the Baltimore Ravens in 2020, contributing six catches for 47 yards and a pair of touchdowns over six regular-season contests. The three-time Pro Bowler addressed his NFL future in a series of tweets recently, saying he hopes to play another two seasons, though he doesn’t seem to have much interest in a reunion with Baltimore.

Bryant said he learned early on in his Ravens tenure that “Baltimore wasn’t for him,” though the former Cowboy insisted there was no “bad blood.” The veteran said his lack of playing time (he only logged 129 snaps) didn’t bother him and is thankful for the relationships he made with teammates, many of whom he plans to keep in touch with “for a long time.”

As for where he might end up next should it not be with the Cowboys, Bryant said he'd want to end up in Arizona.

"I think that would be dope being next to my boy D-Hop (DeAndre Hopkins), Christian Kirk and Kyler Murray," Bryant told TMZ. "I think they have a dope offense. I feel like they got a dope defense. I think they got a dope coach ... If I had to choose, yeah, if that opportunity presented itself, I think I would take it."

It's unknown if the Cardinals would have any interest in the 32-year-old. A spot on the roster could open up as veteran receiver Larry Fitzgerald has yet to confirm if he'll return to Arizona for a 17th season in 2021.

If that were to come to fruition, Bryant would get an opportunity to return to AT&T Stadium as the Cardinals are set to play the Cowboys in Arlington this coming season.
