PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Philadelphia Eagles rookie is facing charges of rape and kidnapping in Ohio.

According to the indictment announced Wednesday by Ohio's attorney general, 25-year-old Eagles offensive lineman Joshua Sills engaged in "sexual activity that was not consensual and held a victim against her will" in December 2019.

The attorney general's office did not provide additional details.

Sills is from Guernsey County, Ohio, which is about 100 east of Columbus. He is scheduled to appear in court in the Buckeye State on Feb. 16.

Sills was one of three undrafted rookies to make the team this year. He appeared in one regular-season game this year.

KYW Newsradio reached out to the Eagles for comment but did not immediately hear back.
