Is Steph Curry really a point guard? We know most consider him the greatest shooter the game of basketball has ever seen, but he doesn't play like any other point guard we have seen before. And in era where lists and rankings run everything, figuring out where to rank him isn't so easy.

Rashad Phillips from Sports Talk 2319 and Author of, Basketball Position Metric, joined "2 The Max" with Max Van Auken, and explained that Curry is actually not a Point Guard, "... When you look at a guy like a Steph Curry, that doesn't fit the typical template of point guard. His style of play does not fall under the definition of point guard the way he plays the game." Rashad later explains that he is actually a Hybrid Guard.

Curry has changed the whole dynamic of the NBA and how the next generation plays the game of basketball.
