Von Miller has yet to suit up for the Buffalo Bills and he's already involved in an off the field issue.
The star linebacker is being sued by his ex-girlfriend for claiming Miller shared sexually explicit photos of her with “two well-known celebrities” in May 2020 according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
According to said court documents, Miller and Jane Doe were dating back in 2020 when the two took personal and private photos while engaged in "sexual acts." However, according to the accuser, the All-Pro linebacker shared those private photos in a fit of anger, rage, and jealousy according to the lawsuit.
The suit claims that the first message was sent on May 7, 2020 where Miller allegedly said, "This the b*** you want? You can have her dawg." Miller then allegedly sent another message to a different celebrity friend only three minutes later, saying, "This the b*** you want?" Both messages were linked with explicit photos of the vicitim.
Doe's attorney claims that this is a lesson for the women that date celebrities to be cautious because many of them think they can beat the law solely based on who they are.
"This case is a cautionary tale for young woman that date professional athletes like Miller that think laws do not apply because of fame, money, and power."
"However, professional athletes are not exempt from the law and Miler's vindictive, manipulative and unlawful actions must not be overlooked," the lawsuit reads.
Miller, who recently signed a six-year deal with the Bills worth $120 million in free agency after winning a Super Bowl with the Rams has yet to respond to the situation.
In addition to the lawsuit, Jane Doe is asking the court to issue to order to eight-time Pro Bowler to not share any of the photos in question.
