
Three people were injured Wednesday in a multi-vehicle crash involving a big rig on the Harbor (110) Freeway in the Harbor-Gateway area of Los Angeles.
Paramedics were sent to the northbound 110 Freeway at the westbound Artesia (91) Freeway about 6:20 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
One person was trapped in a vehicle, the LAFD reported.

"Firefighters extricated the patient from the wreckage and transported a total of three patients ... to a local hospital," the LAFD reported.
The patients -- two men and a woman -- were in the hospital in unknown condition. The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
