Irvine police seeking pair accused of stealing wallets at hospitals

Police in Irvine are searching for a man and woman accused of stealing wallets in hospitals and using them at Target.

It happened on June 27th, according to the Irvine Police Department. Police said the pair was seen roaming hospitals on Alton Parkway “where multiple victims reported their wallets had been stolen.”

“The victims later found fraudulent charges on their bank accounts, including transactions at the Target on Jamboree Rd,” according to the department.

The department shared security footage of a man and woman in medical center elevators and wandering through waiting rooms. They were then seen at Target.
