SYLMAR (CNS) - A man was killed Saturday morning in Sylmar, authorities said.

The death was reported at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the 13000 block of Lopez Canyon Road, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sheriff's officials did not provide further details Saturday morning, but ABC7 reported that the death occurred at Glen Haven & Sholom Memorial Park, a cemetery. The station also cited a woman at the scene who said the victim was her husband or boyfriend and that he was shot in the chest.
