Ever want to meet Steph Curry?

Just get four of your buddies together in full Golden State Warriors jersey gear, run the gym in pickup basketball and post it on YouTube. That’s what a group of friends did a few months ago, before getting hosted by Curry for last week’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies.

The Tik Tok account @DCHeat shared a video about the whole occasion on Wednesday.

Three months ago, a group of five friends showed up to an LA Fitness in Curry jerseys and played pickup games while only shooting 3-pointers. They actually fared pretty well against some local streetballers. Check out the video for yourself:

Steph saw the video and loved it, flying the faux Curry team out from Washington D.C. While Curry actually got ejected for throwing his mouthpiece in the final moments of the Warriors’ win over the Grizzlies, he hung out with the guys after the game in a courtside lounge.

Curry has been making efforts to meet his fans this week, as he also hosted new NCAA Women’s 3-point champion Taylor Robertson to Monday’s game in Oklahoma City.

Steph calls himself ‘The Petty King’ because he always sees everything on social media. It sounds like he’s on top of the YouTube videos too.
