Fraser Bohm, the young man charged in the PCH crash that killed four college students, has been released from jail.
Bohm's attorney, Michael Kraut, was expected in court Monday for a bail reduction hearing, but late last Friday, several hours after Kraut argued for reduced bail, the 22-year-old managed to post $4 million.

During Monday's hearing, Kraut was expected to reveal several minutes of video that would exonerate Bohm of murder charges.
The alleged video has yet to be released, but Kraut says it will prove the crash that killed Pepperdine University students Deslyn Williams, Asha Weir, Niamh Rolston, and Peyton Stewart was the result of his client attempting to escape an unprovoked road rage incident.
During a news conference last week, DA George Gascón said that Bohm was "allegedly speeding at speeds of 104 miles an hour in a 45-mile-per-hour zone when he lost control of his BMW," and therefore, murder charges were warranted due Bohm's, "reckless disregard for the safety of others."
However, Kraut disagreed, telling reporters that there was no evidence to support Gascón's claims, and said his speed could not have been over 70mph based on multiple factors, including witness statements and the BMW black box.
Bohm will remain free until his next court date, which is set to take place in December.
