Meet Austin, a super shy guy who is a total love bug! He's 53lbs and a black/white Terrier mix. He's 4 years old and full of spunk and life.
Austin is a staff favorite at the shelter and came to them as a stray almost 2 months ago. He is heartworm positive, but the good folks at the GCAS have their 'Have-A-Heart' program to help offset costs for these treatments (see more below!)

COVID-19 UPDATE: GCAS now requires an adoption appointment to meet all shelter animals. You can call 336-641-3401 for an appointment. Appointments are available from 12p-3p weekdays (Mondays and Wednesdays-Fridays), and 12p-4p on weekends (Saturday-Sunday.)
