Wet Nose Wednesday: Stuck on Puck!

Puck_WNW

Puck is an super energetic, handsome 3 year old, 72lb American Pit Bull Terrier. He came to GCAS at the end of June, so there's not much information on him. Shelter staff says that he is a friendly and happy boy who will probably thrive best in a home with no other dogs. Puck is also heartworm positive which of course is a curable condition. He is eligible for the Have-A-Heart program, which includes a 30% off voucher for heartworm treatment.

All adopted cats and dogs at Guilford County Animal Services come fully up to date on age appropriate vaccines. If you are interested in meeting them, please contact GCAS at 336-641-3401 to set up an appointment.

Be sure to stay up to date on the latest events: The GCAS has an awesome Heartworm Treatment Deal! You get 30% off the treatment needed for your animal, they work closely with Oak Ridge Vetinarians (and hope to have more Vets addded) and they design a treatment plan tailored to fit your pups needs!

Guilford County Animal Shelter is looking for volunteers to walk dogs off-property on Saturday mornings. If you're interested in getting more information, or to find out how to get involved, please contact Lisa Lee: llee@guilfordcounty.nc.gov
