- A Portland, Oregon ALMOST lost his $8.4 Million lottery ticket. He told NBC "I washed my wallet and then realized I had lottery tickets in there. A couple of the tickets were destroyed, but not the jackpot ticket. I didn’t sleep until later the next day. My mind was racing!”
- Customs agents in Sri Lanka busted a man who was trying to smuggle 200 venomous scorpions onto a flight. He was stopped and charged $550 before the agents took the scorpions and he was allowed to board the plane.
