Captain, Jeff Carter of the Reidsville Fire Department.

Abigail, nominated her dad, Jeff and says "My dad is not just a Fireman, he's the kind of person that's always there for you inside and outside of work. He is always willing to help people out whether it be showing someone how to properly install their car seat, helping to change someone's brakes, or saving their home from disaster. Everywhere I go people always make a point to tell me just how great my dad is. He goes out of his way to help others and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He's my favorite First Responder!"
