The Carolina Classic Fair returns October 2–11, 2026, bringing 10 days of rides, incredible food, live entertainment and family fun!
Mark your calendars and join us for Wolf Night at the Carolina Classic Fair! Join us Tuesday, October 6th, for Wolf Night, featuring The Band Perry with special guest Blake Whiten. Your admission ticket to the fair includes access to the concert!
Take a spin on your favorite rides, challenge your friends to a game on the midway and indulge in all the classic fair food! From funnel cakes and corn dogs to unique fair favorites, you'll want to come hungry!
Don't forget to check out the free entertainment included with your admission, plus all the animals, exhibits, competitions and attractions!
The Carolina Classic Fair is open October 2nd - 11th at the following times:
- Sunday – Friday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. – 11 p.m.
SPECIAL DAYS:
Friday, October 2 – $5 Opening Day
Kick off the fair with $5 admission and $2.50 all rides until 5pm!
Monday, October 5 – Trans Ash School Day
Students, teachers and area school field trips can enjoy free admission from 9am - 2pm with a donation of three school supplies. Also get 10 rides for $20!
Tuesday, October 6 – $3 Tuesday & Senior Day
Enjoy $3 admission, $3 rides and select $3 food specials. Seniors 55+ get in FREE!
Wednesday, October 7 – Food Day & Special Education Day
Bring five nonperishable food items and receive FREE admission, with donations benefiting Crisis Control Ministry. Special needs individuals and their aides get free admission!
Thursday, October 8 – College & Military Day
College students with ID receive $5 admission, while active and retired military and their immediate families receive FREE admission with military ID.
Friday, October 9 – Pepsi Family Fun Day
Bring the kids for $20 kiddie ride wristbands for kids ages 10 and under from 12pm - 6pm.

For the "Win Tickets To The Carolina Classic Fair" on-air contest, listen weekdays between 6:00 a.m. ET and 10:00 a.m. ET September 21, 2026 through September 25, 2026. The station will select one (1) winner via call-in, and upon verification, will receive four (4) any one-day admission tickets to the Carolina Classic Fair, valid for any one day at the Carolina Classic Fair, October 2-11, 2026, Winston-Salem Fairgrounds, Winston-Salem, NC. There will be a total of five (5) prizes be offered during this contest, furnished by the City of Winston-Salem. Total prize value $50.00. A winner may only win once in this contest.
