1. You can stay at the historic Magnolia House in Greensboro as they have announced they are turning it into a Bed and Breakfast. They will have four rooms for people to stay in and you can tour the house now via VR and see how the house looked back in the 1950's too.
2. I have BAD news for people who like Subways Tuna subs. An independent study found that NO tuna is in their subs and that if could be for two reasons. First, it is so processed that even if there was a trace in it, it couldn't be analyzed or second, there is no tuna at all.
3. Jose Cuervo is looking for a "CMO": A Chief Margarita Officer. It pays in drinks where you create new and exciting tequila mixed to share with the company. Not only do you get $1,000 to spend on tequila, you also will get a trip to Tequila, Mexico. Hurry though, deadline to apply is July 6th.

5. (Fun Fact): If you plan to tip your mailman or mailwoman around Christmastime, USPS workers are allowed to accept gifts as long as they cost $20 or less. There's no official policy for UPS, but they're discouraged from accepting anything. FedEx employees can accept gifts valued at $75 or less, but they cannot accept cash.
